Dildora Otakulova is a TESOL certified teacher and has been teaching for 10 years in a Secondary school in Sirdarya. Her undergraduate education was in Gulistan State University and MA diploma was given by Tashkent Pedagogical University in 2022 as a Teacher-Researcher. She is one of the winners of National TEACHER PRIZE in 2020 and a Facilitator of OTC platform training course of the BC. Dildora Otakulova was selected as an RPM (Regional Peer Mentor)of the ESN's STT program which was organized by US embassy in Tashkent and American Councils and a presenter of Regional TESOL Conference in 2022 Tashkent. Her professional interests include Teacher Training and Development, Assessment Literacy, Language teaching and Secondary Education
