Siham AL Aamri is a Senior English Teacher in the Ministry of Education in Oman. She has twelve years of experience in teaching EFL and nine years of training novice EFL teachers. Her field of expertise is in TESOL. Her research interests include qualitative research, grounded action research, teachers’ training, educational research, gamification and educational technology.
