Today something really exciting happened. Just when I was thinking I needed to start ramping everything up and getting ready to launch my podcast and YouTube channel, I got an email from Keiser University in Nicaragua, out of the blue! The Academic Director from their International Language Institute said that she had seen my presentation at TESOL and wanted me to provide training to her faculty on Zoom. Of course I said yes! I’m so excited. It’s going to be in 2 weeks. Perhaps some of these teachers can also be some of the first TTELT group participants!
I’m going to invite them to join the TTELT Pilot Workshops. They will hopefully want to be part of my beta group, so they can tell me what works and what doesn’t work. They can help me iron out the wrinkles so that everything is smooth sailing in the future. We can create a community that builds on the training I provide and helps each of them provide better classes for their students. Doesn’t it sound amazing? I hope it works out!
