Makaela Anderson

Makaela Anderson is an alumna of University of California, San Diego and Stanford University and holds certifications from University of Cambridge (CELTA), the National Conflict Resolution Center (Mediation), Stanford University (Negotiation), and Google (Python). She has worked in ESL/EFL education since 2011, served as the English Language Fellow in Niger and Côte d’Ivoire, and is currently a Senior Research Associate for Education Surveys with Hanover Research and an adjunct professor at UC San Diego’s English Language Institute. Anderson is a San Diego native, comics nerd, baseball fan, award-winning amateur baker, and avid advocate for the Oxford comma.
